WCBY mannequin repair, refurbish and alterations

WCBY modified 4 female mannequins for use in the Kylie Minogue "Showgirl - The Homecoming Tour". The mannequins were made for use as human furniture on stage, so they had to be strong enough to sit and even stand on.
I started with 4 standing mannequins and reshaped them around welded steel frames. They were then finished in acrylic lacquer, and 2 were given a removable box padded seat. The Kylie production team then fitted their costumes and they were ready to go.
